Redwan Nasir: Hawasa Ketema linked with Ethiopian midfielder after Sidama Bunna exit

Ethiopian attacking midfielder Redwan Nasir is linked with a move to Hawasa Ketema, the club he currently represents, after leaving Sidama Bunna earlier this season.

Nasir, 24, joined Hawasa Ketema on 1 September 2026 following his departure from Sidama Bunna. The Ethiopia Premier League clubs are listed as the sides involved in the proposed move, although the midfielder is already registered with Hawasa Ketema.

He has made two appearances in the Ethiopian Premier League this season, starting in half of Hawasa Ketema’s four possible matches. Nasir has played 50% of the club’s available minutes and has not scored or provided an assist.

The move would represent a return to Hawasa Ketema after Nasir spent the previous campaign with Sidama Bunna. His earlier senior transfer came in 2024, when he moved from Ethiopia Bunna to Sidama Bunna.

Nasir’s current market value is listed at €125,000. He plays primarily as an attacking midfielder and has made two Premier League appearances in his career, completing 180 minutes. His current Hawasa Ketema spell began at the start of September, with no contract expiry date listed.
