Ousmane Diallo: Parma in advanced talks over deal for Borussia Dortmund II winger

Parma are in advanced discussions over a move for Spanish-Senegalese winger Ousmane Diallo from Borussia Dortmund II as the newly returned Serie A side step up their summer recruitment. The 19-year-old, who represents Dortmund’s second team in Germany’s Regionalliga West, is understood to be the subject of a proposed transfer with the likelihood of an agreement currently viewed as high, with the move being rated at 91% probability.

Diallo, born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and comfortable on the left flank despite being right-footed, is under contract with Dortmund until 30 June 2027 after joining the club’s youth set-up last summer. Any deal is therefore expected to involve a fee, with the attacker currently valued at around €1.5 million.

Parma see Diallo as a wide option who can grow within their Serie A squad following his rapid progress in Germany. He has already enjoyed domestic success in the youth ranks, winning the German Under-17 Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund U17 in the 2023-24 season before stepping up to Dortmund’s second team setup.

On the international stage, Diallo’s reputation was further enhanced when he became a European Under-19 champion with Spain in 2026, adding a significant age-group honour to his resume. Those performances have helped bring him to the attention of clubs across Europe, with Parma now pushing to turn their interest into a deal.

For the moment, Diallo remains a Dortmund II player, tied to the club for another year beyond this season, while negotiations continue over a potential transfer to Italy.
