Mali midfielder Namory Sangare has joined Tunisian club CS Hammam-Lif from Libya’s Al-Borouq, adding a 23-year-old defensive midfielder to their squad. Sangare completed the move on 26 August 2026 and has signed a contract running until 30 June 2028.
The switch takes Sangare into Tunisia’s Ligue 1 after his spell with Al-Borouq, where he played during the 2025-26 season. He had moved to the Libyan club from Abu Salim on 1 September 2025, joining on a free transfer.
Sangare’s experience includes 23 appearances in the Libyan Premier League, along with 11 matches in Tunisia’s Ligue 1 and eight in the Ligue I Pro Playout. He also featured once in the CAF Confederation Cup, while recording one assist in the Tunisian play-out competition.
The midfielder began his senior career with Malian club Djoliba AC before moving to Tunisia in August 2023 to join US Tataouine. He later switched to Al-Akhdar in August 2024 and then Abu Salim in February 2025, before making the move to Al-Borouq.
At 1.80m, Sangare is listed as a right-footed defensive midfielder. His arrival gives CS Hammam-Lif a player with experience of football in both Tunisia and Libya, as well as exposure to continental competition.
Sangare’s latest move also returns him to the Tunisian top flight, where he has previously made 11 Ligue 1 appearances. He now remains contracted to CS Hammam-Lif until the end of June 2028.
