Kolo Muani set for PSG return as future remains uncertain

Randal Kolo Muani is expected to return to Paris Saint-Germain at the end of his loan spell with Tottenham Hotspur, although his long-term future remains unresolved.

The forward, who is of DR Congo heritage, joined Spurs on a temporary deal and is set to head back to Paris once the current season concludes.

However, reports suggest he is not part of the plans of PSG head coach Luis Enrique, raising the possibility of another move during the upcoming transfer window.

PSG are understood to be open to offers for the 27-year-old, with a reported valuation of around €40 million.

That figure could prove decisive in negotiations, particularly as interest has emerged from Liverpool FC and Juventus FC.

The two clubs represent potential destinations in the Premier League and Serie A respectively, keeping Kolo Muani’s options open across Europe’s top competitions.

Market estimates place his value lower than PSG’s asking price, highlighting a potential gap that may need to be bridged before any deal can be agreed.

Despite speculation over his future, Kolo Muani remains under contract with PSG until June 2028, meaning the French club are not under immediate pressure to sell.

During his time at Tottenham this season, he has made 37 appearances in all competitions, scoring five goals and providing four assists.

While those numbers reflect a modest return, the move to Spurs has offered him an opportunity to regain form and maintain regular playing time at a high level.

As the summer transfer window approaches, discussions around his future are expected to intensify, with PSG likely to assess offers while the player considers his next step.

For Kolo Muani, the coming months could prove pivotal in determining whether he secures a permanent move elsewhere or fights for a place back in Paris.
