French-Senegalese centre-back Jaydee Canvot has been linked with a move from Crystal Palace to Paris St-Germain in a potential switch from the Premier League to Ligue 1.
Canvot, 20, has started both of Palace’s Premier League matches this season and played every minute, although he has yet to score or provide an assist.
The defender joined Palace from Toulouse on 1 September 2025 in a deal worth €23m. He had made the move to the English club after progressing through Toulouse’s youth and reserve sides.
Canvot’s current market value is €28m, while his contract with Palace runs until 30 June 2029. The length of that agreement means any move would involve Palace deciding whether to part with a player who has begun the campaign as a regular in their starting XI.
He is a right-footed centre-back who stands 1.88m tall and has made two Premier League appearances in total, both coming this season.
The reported link with PSG would represent a return to France for Canvot after his move to England last year. PSG are the club named in the rumour, but there is no indication that a transfer has been agreed.
Canvot remains a Crystal Palace player, with his contract keeping him at the club through June 2029.
