Inter Milan have submitted a €35m bid to Galatasaray for Ivory Coast international Wilfried Singo as they step up efforts to strengthen their right flank.
The Italian club have lodged a formal offer worth €35m for the defender and are now in active negotiations with the Turkish champions, according to Turkish outlet @SkorXTR.
Talks between the two clubs are described as ongoing, with both sides working to see whether a definitive agreement can be reached. Galatasaray have yet to issue a final response to Inter’s proposal.
Inter are particularly attracted by the 23-year-old’s versatility and physical power. Singo, who represents the Elephants at international level, is capable of operating across the right side of defence and further forward, attributes that fit Inter’s tactical needs on the flank.
The Nerazzurri are keen to move quickly to close the deal and integrate Singo into their squad as soon as possible, but their plans hinge on Galatasaray’s decision on the reported €35m offer.
For now, negotiations remain open, with Inter awaiting feedback from Istanbul as they look to secure one of their key summer transfer targets.
