Galatasaray place €150m valuation on Osimhen

Victor Osimhen has been given a reported transfer valuation of €150m by Galatasaray, as speculation intensifies over the striker’s future following an impressive season in Turkey.

The Nigerian international has emerged as one of the most sought-after forwards in European football, attracting attention from several top clubs after a run of prolific performances in both domestic and continental competitions.

According to reports in Nigerian football media, Osimhen’s form in the Turkish Super Lig has prompted Galatasaray to place a significant price tag on the forward. Spanish publication Diario AS suggests the club are determined to retain their star player unless their valuation is met.

“Galatasaray have set a €150m asking price for Victor Osimhen as speculation continues over his future, with the Nigerian striker reaffirming his strong attachment to the Turkish club,” AS reported, as per Punch NG.

Osimhen’s performances this season have been central to the growing interest. The striker has scored 13 league goals and provided five assists, underlining his attacking influence in Turkey’s top division. His impact has also extended to European competition, where he has registered seven goals and one assist in 10 UEFA Champions League matches.

Such form has reportedly placed him on the radar of several leading clubs, including Arsenal, Liverpool, Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Despite the mounting interest, Osimhen’s future remains uncertain. The forward has frequently expressed his commitment to Galatasaray throughout the current campaign, suggesting he remains content at the club for now.

That loyalty could play a role in any potential negotiations, particularly if Galatasaray seek to maintain their strong bargaining position. The reported €150m valuation reflects both Osimhen’s importance to the team and his growing reputation on the European stage.

Clubs interested in securing his services may therefore face a substantial financial challenge, should they decide to pursue a deal in the coming transfer windows.

For now, attention remains on Osimhen’s performances on the pitch, as he continues to deliver for Galatasaray while speculation about a possible high-profile move continues in the background.
