Guinea winger Alhassane Camara has joined Algerian top-flight side USM Khenchela from Hafia FC. The 20-year-old right-sided attacker moves to Ligue 1 following an eye-catching spell with the Conakry club, where he gained early experience in continental competition.
Camara, who prefers to operate as a right winger cutting in from the flank on his left foot, completed his switch on 21 July 2026. Born in Kamsar/Boke in August 2005, he becomes one of the youngest attacking options in the Khenchela squad as they prepare for the new campaign.
Despite his age, Camara already has minutes in both major African club competitions. He featured four times in the CAF Confederation Cup for Hafia, scoring once, and also made four appearances in the CAF Champions League, accumulating over 500 minutes across the two tournaments. Those outings have given him exposure to different styles and environments across the continent.
Standing at 1.75m, Camara arrives from a Hafia FC side that has regularly competed in CAF competitions and provided a platform for several players to move abroad. His move to Algeria marks his first step into North African domestic football and a new chapter outside his home country.
USM Khenchela have added Camara to bolster their attacking options on the wing, with the Guinean forward now officially registered with the Ligue 1 outfit following his transfer from Hafia FC.
