DR Congo winger Phillippe Kinzumbi is the subject of a transfer rumour linking him with a move from Club Africain to Libyan Premier League club Al-Ahly.
Kinzumbi, 27, has made two Ligue 1 appearances for Club Africain this season, starting one match and registering no goals or assists. He joined the Tunisian club from TP Mazembe in August 2024 on a free transfer.
The left-footed right winger was part of the Club Africain squad that won the Tunisian championship in the 2025-26 season. He is contracted to the Tunisian club until 30 June 2027.
Kinzumbi began his senior career with JS Groupe Bazano before moving to TP Mazembe in 2020. His current market value is listed at €550,000.
The reported interest from Al-Ahly comes with Kinzumbi still in the early stages of Club Africain’s 2026-27 campaign. No transfer fee or agreement has been established, and the move remains a rumour.
Kinzumbi’s current contract means Club Africain retain him beyond the present season, while his limited league involvement so far leaves his position at the club open to speculation.
