Real Sociedad defender Jon Mikel Aramburu ruled out with muscle injury

Real Sociedad right-back Jon Mikel Aramburu, 24, will miss the next few weeks after suffering a muscle injury to his right leg.

The Venezuela international reported discomfort during Tuesday’s training session, with medical tests confirming the problem and ruling him out for several matches.

Aramburu had featured for Venezuela twice during the current international break, completing 90 minutes in both games.

The injury is a setback for Real Sociedad, who have five matches scheduled during the remainder of October.
