Liverpool interested in Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven – reports

Liverpool are interested in signing Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven, with a move possible in January or next summer, according to Football Insider.

The 25-year-old Netherlands international has established himself as one of Tottenham’s leading defenders since joining the London club in August 2023.

Tottenham do not want to sell van de Ven, whose contract runs until the end of June 2031. Transfermarkt values the defender at €50m.

Van de Ven has made four appearances for Tottenham in the current Premier League season and has received one yellow card.
