Parma are exploring a move for Mali and Ivory Coast winger El Bilal Toure from Atalanta as they look to add attacking depth ahead of the new Serie A season. The 24-year-old, who can operate from the left and prefers his right foot, has emerged as a target despite having two years remaining on his contract in Bergamo.
Toure returned to Atalanta this summer after a season-long loan with Besiktas, where he featured in the Turkish Super Lig following an earlier spell on loan at Stuttgart. His situation is being monitored closely, with Parma assessing whether Atalanta would be prepared to negotiate a fee around his current valuation of about €13m.
Atalanta invested heavily to bring Toure in from Almeria in July 2023 for €30.2m, and he went on to be part of the squad that lifted the Europa League in the 2023-24 campaign. In Serie A, he has registered 11 appearances and two goals so far, while also collecting experience in Ligue 1, La Liga and the Bundesliga earlier in his career.
Parma’s interest comes as they seek proven top-flight experience and a wide player accustomed to major European leagues. Any deal is likely to hinge on Atalanta’s stance over a permanent sale versus another loan, with the forward tied to the club until 30 June 2028 after signing a long-term agreement on his arrival from Spain.
