Morocco-Belgium midfielder Anas Tajaouart has joined La Louviere on loan from RSC Anderlecht for the 2026-27 season.
The 20-year-old central midfielder moves across Belgium on a temporary deal, with his loan to the Jupiler Pro League side running until 30 June 2027, when he is scheduled to return to Anderlecht. Tajaouart’s switch gives La Louviere an additional right-footed option in the middle of the pitch ahead of the new campaign.
Born in Brussels in September 2005, Tajaouart has already built up experience in Belgian professional football despite his age. He has made 58 appearances in the Challenger Pro League, scoring six goals and providing five assists, and has also featured in the Belgian top flight and domestic cup competitions. His career minutes include action in the Jupiler Pro League, the Croky Cup and European qualifying rounds.
Tajaouart has come through the Anderlecht system, progressing from the club’s youth ranks to Anderlecht U18, then into RSCA Futures before being promoted to the first-team squad in 2025. Standing at 1.67m and primarily operating as a central midfielder, he has also played in the Premier League International Cup at under-21 level, where he registered an assist in two appearances.
La Louviere, who list him on their books until the end of the 2026-27 season, add a player with more than 5,000 senior minutes across league, play-off and cup competitions, while Anderlecht retain his registration beyond the conclusion of the loan.
