The round will begin on Friday, 11 September, when Venezia host Fiorentina, and will conclude with three matches on Monday, 14 September.
Lega Serie A has published the dates and kick-off times for the fixtures. Further details are expected after the draws for the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League have been completed.
The fourth round will be played across four days, with three matches scheduled for Saturday, three on Sunday and a further three on Monday evening.
