Algeria midfielder Yassine Titraoui, currently at Belgian side Royal Charleroi SC, is being linked with a move to Greek champions Olympiacos in the Super League 1. The 23-year-old central midfielder is under contract at Charleroi until 30 June 2027, meaning any deal would require the Greek club to negotiate a fee rather than pursue a free transfer.
Titraoui, who wears the number 22 shirt at Charleroi, has an estimated market value of around €7m, a figure that is likely to shape any talks between the clubs this summer. He only joined the Jupiler Pro League side on 12 July 2024, and interest from abroad comes relatively early in his spell in Belgium.
The midfielder has been part of Algeria’s squad picture around the 2026 World Cup, although he has yet to feature at the tournament, with no appearances or minutes recorded in the competition so far. On the international stage, he already has silverware to his name, having been part of the Algeria side that lifted the Arab Cup in the 2020-21 season.
Born in M’Sila on 26 July 2003 and standing at 1.80m, Titraoui operates primarily in central midfield and has been viewed as a player with scope to develop further in a more competitive European environment. For now, he remains a Charleroi player with three years left on his deal, and his contractual situation puts the Belgian club in a strong position should Olympiacos decide to formalise their interest.
