Moroccan-French forward Yanis Begraoui, who plays for Estoril, has been linked with a move to Lazio.
The 25-year-old centre-forward joined the Portuguese club in July 2024 and is under contract until 30 June 2028. His current market value is listed at €12m, although no transfer fee has been reported for a potential move to Serie A.
Begraoui has started both of Estoril’s Liga Portugal matches this season and has scored once. He has been involved in every minute of the club’s league campaign so far.
The forward was born in Etampes, France, and is eligible to represent both Morocco and France. He won the Under-23 Africa Cup of Nations with Morocco in 2023, finishing as the tournament’s leading scorer with three goals.
Begraoui also won the French Cup with Toulouse in the 2022-23 season and helped the club win the French second tier in 2021-22.
There is no indication that a deal with Lazio has been agreed, and the reported interest remains at the rumour stage. Begraoui’s long-term Estoril contract means the Portuguese club would retain control of his position should discussions develop, while his strong start to the 2026-27 season has come with him operating as a regular starter.
