Morocco forward El Mehdi Maouhoub is being linked with a move from Dynamo Moscow to United FC in the UAE Pro League.
The 23-year-old centre-forward joined Dynamo from Raja Casablanca on 23 August 2024 in a deal worth €1.7m. He is under contract with the Russian Premier Liga club until 30 June 2029.
Maouhoub has yet to feature for Dynamo this season, with the club having played two possible league games at the time of the latest update. He has made no appearances, starts or goal contributions in the 2026-27 Premier Liga campaign.
The Casablanca-born striker developed in Morocco before moving to FUS Rabat and later Raja Casablanca. He helped Raja win the Moroccan league and cup during the 2023-24 season, before securing his move to Moscow.
Maouhoub also represented Morocco’s Olympic team at the 2024 Games, where the side won a bronze medal. He scored once during the tournament.
A move to United FC would represent a possible change of direction for a player whose current spell at Dynamo has not yet produced a league appearance this season. However, there is no indication that the transfer has been completed, and Maouhoub remains contracted to Dynamo Moscow through June 2029.
