Stade Tunisien sign Benin striker Bienvenu Vigninou from Rayon Sports

Benin centre-forward Bienvenu Vigninou has joined Tunisian Ligue 1 club Stade Tunisien from Rwanda’s Rayon Sports.

The 23-year-old striker made the move on 5 August 2026, switching clubs after spending seven months with Rayon Sports. No transfer fee has been disclosed.

Vigninou joined Rayon Sports from Benin side Loto FC on 5 January 2026. His latest move takes him to Stade Tunisien, who compete in Tunisia’s top flight.

The left-footed forward is listed at 1.83m and plays primarily as a centre-forward. His senior career has also included a spell in Israel, where he joined Maccabi Herzliya on loan from Loto FC in August 2024.

That loan ended on 31 December 2024, after which Vigninou returned to Loto FC before moving to Rayon Sports five days later. The sequence of transfers included two changes of club within a short period, with his move to Stade Tunisien now marking his latest change of team.

Vigninou’s recorded appearances before joining Stade Tunisien include two matches in Israel’s Liga Leumit and two in the CAF Confederation Cup. He played 66 minutes in the Liga Leumit and 176 minutes in the continental competition.

His arrival adds a Benin international-profile centre-forward to Stade Tunisien’s squad, although the available career record does not include a senior international appearance total or goals figure.

Stade Tunisien are the latest club in a career that has taken Vigninou from Loto FC to Maccabi Herzliya, Rayon Sports and now Tunisia. The move was completed on 5 August 2026.
