Nigeria midfielder Ibrahim Olawoyin has been linked with a move from C. Rizespor to Al-Taawoun, with the Saudi Pro League club named as a potential destination for the 28-year-old.
Olawoyin plays in central midfield and is currently with C. Rizespor in Turkey’s Super Lig. He remains under contract with the Turkish club until 30 June 2027, meaning any move would come before the end of his existing deal rather than as a free transfer.
The proposed switch would take Olawoyin from the Turkish top flight to Saudi Arabia’s leading division, where Al-Taawoun are considering adding him to their squad. His current market value is listed at €2.2m.
There has been no confirmation that an agreement has been reached between the clubs or with the player, and the rumour remains at the link stage. Olawoyin’s current contractual position with C. Rizespor remains unchanged.
