Moroccan centre-forward Mohamed Wail Babah has joined Widad Temara from CA Khenifra, completing a move to the Botola Pro Inwi club on 5 August 2026.
The 23-year-old striker has signed a contract with Widad Temara running until 30 June 2029. Babah, who was born in El Jadida, is 1.86m tall and prefers his left foot.
Babah arrives after spending the first half of 2026 with CA Khenifra, having joined the club from O. Khouribga on 1 January. He made the switch to O. Khouribga from Kenitra at the start of 2025, also moving without a fee.
His time at CA Khenifra came after a spell with Kenitra, where he had moved from RCA Reserve in August 2023. Earlier in his career, Babah progressed through reserve and youth football with MAS Fes Reserve, Raja Casablanca Under-19s and DHJ Youth.
The forward has already featured in Morocco’s domestic competitions during his career. His recorded appearances include a 70-minute outing in the Coupe du Trone Marocaine, while he is also registered for the Excellence Cup.
Babah’s arrival gives Widad Temara another centre-forward option as the club begins its next campaign in Morocco’s top-flight Botola Pro Inwi. His move follows a series of club changes in recent seasons, with the striker now settling at his fifth senior side since leaving youth football.
The transfer continues a career path that has taken Babah through clubs including Kenitra, O. Khouribga and CA Khenifra before his move to Widad Temara. He is now contracted to the club until 30 June 2029.
