France-DR Congo right-back Maxime Sivis of FC Dinamo is being linked with a move to Russian Premier Liga side Orenburg, with the 28-year-old emerging as a potential defensive reinforcement for the Russian club.
Sivis, who wears the number 27 shirt at Dinamo, is under contract with the Romanian SuperLiga side until 30 June 2028, meaning any deal would require Orenburg to negotiate a transfer fee rather than explore a free move. He is currently valued at around €700,000 and only joined Dinamo last summer, arriving on a free transfer from French club Guingamp on 17 July 2024.
The right-back has already featured in the new SuperLiga campaign, completing 90 minutes in Dinamo’s opening match of the 2026-27 season, where he started and received a yellow card. His involvement from the outset underlines his status as a first-team option, a factor that could complicate Dinamo’s stance if Orenburg formalise their interest.
Born in Cholet on 1 April 1998 and standing at 1.80m, Sivis has built his career primarily in French football before moving to Romania, with spells at Guingamp and Red Star among his previous clubs. His ability to operate on the right side of defence and his experience in different European environments are understood to be key attractions for Orenburg as they assess options in the transfer market.
For now, Sivis remains a Dinamo player preparing for the remainder of the SuperLiga season, tied to the club for another two years beyond this campaign.
