KV Kortrijk have signed Central African Republic forward Goduine Koyalipou on loan from French side Lens for the 2026-27 season. The 26-year-old centre-forward, who also holds French nationality, will wear the number 10 shirt for the Belgian club.
Koyalipou’s move sees him return to Belgium, where he previously enjoyed a prolific spell in the second tier with SK Beveren. He joins a Kortrijk side competing in the Jupiler Pro League, with the loan running until 30 June 2027, after which he is scheduled to return to Lens.
The right-footed striker arrives with a growing reputation as a consistent scorer across several European leagues. He has registered 16 goals in 30 appearances in the Challenger Pro League, 14 in 16 matches in Bulgaria’s top flight, and six in 28 Ligue 1 games earlier in his career, as well as goals in domestic cups in France, Spain, Switzerland and Belgium.
Born in Bangui and standing at 1.84m, Koyalipou was recognised as top scorer in the 2023-24 Challenger Pro League season with 16 goals. That form helped earn him a €2m move to CSKA Sofia and later a transfer to Lens, who now send him to Kortrijk in search of regular top-flight action in Belgium.
Koyalipou is under contract at KV Kortrijk until June 2027 as part of his season-long loan from Lens.
