Crystal Palace are preparing an official offer for Chelsea defender Axel Disasi, who has been identified as their priority target to replace the likely departing Maxence Lacroix.
The London club have accelerated their efforts to sign the central defender during the summer transfer window, with discussions between Crystal Palace and Chelsea continuing as the two sides try to reach agreement over the terms of a potential transfer.
